UPDATE: We are planning to launch the 2010 version of TYH on or before January 15th!
By now you should all be aware of the new BBS rules that go into effect January 1, 2010. If not, you can read all about it and download some of the BBS docs related to the changes here.
In order to accommodate the changes, we have been working on a new version of TrackYourHours and wanted to provide you with some information on what to expect in the new year….
The current TrackYourHours software (TYH Legacy) will still be available to use in the new year in case you need to access or enter any data. The TYH Legacy software has been modified so you will not be able to enter any hour data for dates beyond December 31, 2009.
Within the first 2 weeks of January 2010, we will make available a new version of TrackYourHours (TYH 2010). To track and report any hours from January 1, 2010 and beyond, you will use TYH 2010.
When we release TYH 2010, we will modify the login process so that once you provide your username and password, you will be prompted to select TYH 2010 or TYH Legacy. Depending on which choice you make, you will be directed to the appropriate version of TrackYourHours. If you are a current TYH user, all your Site and Profile data will be available in both versions of TrackYourHours.
As we get closer to launching TYH 2010, we will be updating our blog as well as sending out emails to the TYH community with more information on the changes we are making.
