The new BBS MFT experience verification form (04/2015 and revised 06/2015) changes the way the supervision per week section is populated. The supervision per week column is now populated with units instead of hours.
Note that in the supervision section on the bottom of page two, units are only reported in the “Units per week” column. The “Logged Hours” column continues to report hours of supervision so you are still able to claim all of your supervision hours (2 hours of group supervision will still count as 2 hours toward your total).
