Which professions are supported by your software?
Track Your Hours is currently available to approved social workers, marriage and family therapists, and licensed professional clinical counselors in California; licensed mental health counselors and licensed clinical social workers in New York; and licensed professional counselors in Texas.
How do I get started entering my hours?
Sign up for a free, 30-day trial to start entering to start entering your hours today. When your trial is up, sign up for one our paid plans to keep tracking your hours with ease.
Will my state board accept forms created by Track Your Hours?
Yes. The forms populated by Track Your Hours are the forms required by the boards in the states we operate in.
What if I have multiple supervisors, or work at more than one site?
Not a problem. Track Your Hours allows you to enter as many sites and supervisors as you need. You can assign multiple supervisors to a single site, or one supervisor to multiple sites. If you have multiple supervisors at a single site, we’ll automatically apply the supervision requirements across all your supervisors. We provide total flexibility to meet your individual needs. Can I edit hours once they are in the application?
Yes. You can easily edit or delete hours after you have entered them into the software.
What if I have already earned some hours before signing up?
You can easily enter hours you’ve already earned. When you enter those existing hours, they’ll automatically be categorized by status, and the appropriate state rules will be applied based on the date you earned them.
What type of support do you provide?
We have a comprehensive Knowledge Base that has answers to common questions about our software and provides information about license requirements. If you need additional assistance, you can submit a Support Request and you’ll get a prompt reply from our support staff.
Is the software up-to-date with current state requirements?
Yes. We monitor state rules and regulations and update our software on a regular basis. However, while we work diligently to ensure we keep up with changing requirements, we encourage all users to be aware of the rules and regulations in their state as well.
Do you backup the data in case of an emergency?
Yes. We run nightly backups, and we can perform a full recovery of all your data in the event of an emergency.
Do I have to download any special software?
No. Our software is web-based, so all you need is a device with an internet connection. You can log your hours from anywhere, including your mobile devices.
I forgot my password.
If you forget your password you can easily recover it. Just click the “Forgot your password?” link next to the “Sign In” button.
How does your refund policy work?
Track Your Hours offers a free 30-day trial and is a yearly, pay-as-you-go service so currently, we don’t offer any refunds. You can cancel your plan at any time, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
